Ten years ago I stood in The Fields surrounded by sound, dust, and possibility. It was one of the first festivals that spoke a language I understood, where art, nature, and community existed as one.

Returning now a decade later feels like revisiting a chapter that helped shape the story. Wonderfruit turns ten, and I return with a deeper understanding of what it means to listen. These years have been a long improvisation across countries, projects, and people, an evolution of ideas that have always lived within me, now finding new form in this place that celebrates experimentation and connection.

This time I will perform inside Baan Bardo, a living maze that moves and breathes with those who enter. It is a space built for transitions, for moments that cannot be repeated, for music that unfolds as it is being born.

To me, Wonderfruit has always been more than a festival. It is a living organism that grows from the soil of imagination, a reminder that creativity, like nature, thrives when we nurture it with intention.

I return to The Fields not just to play, but to listen to sound and to the reflections of a decade spent exploring what music can mean when shared with purpose.
